FREEWAY(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 모바일 앱 동전 던지기(패키지명 com.freeway.coinflip, 영문 표시명 Coin Flip, 이하 “본 앱”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 수집·처리하는 정보와 그 방식을 설명합니다. FREEWAY (“we”, “the company”) provides the mobile app Coin Flip (package com.freeway.coinflip, Korean display name 동전 던지기). We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is handled.

1. 수집하는 정보 1. Information We Collect

• 계정·직접 식별 정보: 본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접 식별 정보를 받지 않습니다. Accounts / direct identifiers: The app does not require sign-up and does not collect name, email, phone number, or similar direct identifiers.
• 기기 내 게임 기록: 앞면·뒷면 횟수, 음소거 설정 등 게임 통계·환경설정은 기기 저장소(WebView localStorage 등)에만 저장되며, 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. On-device game data: Heads/tails counts, mute preference, and similar settings are stored only on your device (e.g. WebView localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.
• 광고(Google AdMob): 본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 배너·전면·보상형 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google이 광고 ID(AAID 등), 기기·앱 정보, IP 주소, 대략적 지역, 광고 상호작용 정보 등을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이를 별도 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. Advertising (Google AdMob): The app shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect and process advertising ID (e.g. AAID), device/app info, IP address, approximate region, and ad interaction data. We do not store this data on our own servers.
• 진단·분석: 현재 본 앱은 별도 분석 SDK(Firebase Analytics 등)를 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 도입 시 본 방침을 갱신합니다. Diagnostics / analytics: The app does not currently use a separate analytics SDK (e.g. Firebase Analytics). We will update this policy if that changes.

• 동전 뒤집기 게임 기능 제공 및 기기 내 기록·설정 유지 Providing the coin-flip game and keeping on-device scores/settings
• 광고 게재 및 관련 서비스 운영(AdMob) Serving ads and operating related advertising features (AdMob)
• 서비스 품질·오류 대응(향후 진단 도구 도입 시) Service quality and troubleshooting (if diagnostics are added later)

3. 보유 및 이용 기간 3. Retention Period

• 기기 내 기록: 앱 삭제 또는 앱/기기 데이터 삭제 시까지 기기에 보관됩니다. On-device records: Kept on the device until you uninstall the app or clear the app/device data.
• 광고 관련 데이터: Google AdMob 등 제3자 정책에 따라 보유·처리됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. Ad-related data: Retained and processed under Google AdMob and related third-party policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

4. 기기 로컬 처리 4. On-Device Processing

본 앱의 게임 화면은 기기에서 동작하며, 앞/뒤 통계·연속 기록·음소거 상태는 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다. 리더보드·계정 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. Gameplay runs on your device. Heads/tails stats, streaks, and mute state are not uploaded to our servers. We do not provide a leaderboard or account sync.

회사는 이용자 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 서비스가 자체 정책에 따라 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. We do not sell user information. The following third parties may process data under their own policies.

AdMob은 관심 기반·비개인화 광고를 위해 광고 ID 및 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인화를 제한하거나 광고 ID를 재설정할 수 있습니다(OS·버전에 따라 메뉴명이 다를 수 있음). 유럽 등 일부 지역에서는 동의(UMP 등) 절차가 표시될 수 있습니다. AdMob may use advertising IDs and similar technologies for personalized or non-personalized ads. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in device settings (labels vary by OS/version). In some regions (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent flow (such as UMP) may be shown.

7. 아동의 개인정보 7. Children’s Privacy

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 합니다. This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. 이용자 권리 8. Your Rights

기기 내 게임 기록은 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 광고·식별자 관련 처리는 기기 설정 및 Google 정책에 따릅니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 적용 법령에 따른 열람·삭제·처리 정지 등 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. You can remove on-device game data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. Ad/identifier processing follows device settings and Google’s policies. For other requests, contact us below. Where applicable law provides, you may exercise rights such as access, deletion, or restriction of processing.

9. 방침 변경 9. Changes to This Policy

서비스·광고·법령 변경에 따라 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있으면 본 페이지의 수정일을 갱신하고, 필요 시 앱 스토어 기재 등으로 안내합니다. We may update this policy when the service, advertising, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, when appropriate, via store listing notes.
