utilzips(이하 "본 사이트")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 사이트가 수집하는 정보와 그 처리 방식을 설명합니다. utilzips ("this site") takes your privacy seriously and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

• 방문 통계: Google Analytics 4를 통해 페이지뷰, 체류 시간, 대략적 접속 지역 등 이용 통계를 수집합니다. 이름·이메일 등 직접 식별 정보는 받지 않으나, Google이 부여하는 클라이언트 식별자 등이 사용될 수 있습니다. Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as page views, session duration, and approximate region. We do not collect direct identifiers (name, email), though Google may use its own client identifiers.
• 댓글: 글(생산관리·컴퓨터 등)에 댓글을 남길 때 닉네임과 댓글 내용을 수집합니다. 이메일·전화번호는 받지 않습니다. Comments: When you comment on articles (e.g. production / computer), we collect your nickname and comment text. We do not collect email addresses or phone numbers.
• 문장 제출·좋아요(anytext): 문장 제출 시 닉네임·문장 본문·카테고리를, 좋아요·제출 중복 완화를 위해 브라우저에 저장된 익명 visitor_key를 서버(D1)에 기록합니다. Quote submit & likes (anytext): Submissions include nickname, quote text, and category. An anonymous visitor_key stored in your browser is sent to our D1 database to reduce duplicate likes/submits.
• 광고(예정): Google AdSense 신청·게재를 준비 중입니다. 승인 후 광고가 표시되면 Google이 쿠키 등으로 관심 기반 광고를 제공할 수 있으며, 그때 본 방침을 갱신합니다. Advertising (planned): We plan to apply for and serve Google AdSense. Once ads are approved and shown, Google may use cookies for interest-based ads; we will update this policy at that time.

4. 브라우저 로컬 도구 (PDF·이미지 등) 4. Browser-local tools (PDF, images, and similar)

PDF 마스킹·페이지 추출, 이미지 마스킹, 배경화면 포스트잇, 바코드 조회·만들기, 사인·도장 만들기, 랜덤 뽑기(사다리·스핀 휠·주사위), 글자수, 단위 변환, 특수문자, 타이머 등 일부 도구는 파일을 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. PDF·이미지는 브라우저 메모리에서만 열리고 처리됩니다. 가리기(마스킹)는 반투명 덧칠·레이어가 아니라 픽셀 소각(burn-in)이므로, 내보낸 파일에서는 가려진 원문·픽셀을 복원할 수 없습니다. (메모·미리보기의 반투명 가리기는 아래에 내용이 남아, 상품권 바코드 등이 “복원”되는 피해와 관련된 사례가 알려져 있습니다.) 배경화면 메모·뽑기 목록·타이머 설정·언어 선택 등은 이 기기의 브라우저(localStorage)에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 바코드 조회의 카메라 영상은 기기에서만 디코드되며 업로드되지 않고, 조회 시 바코드 숫자만 Open Food Facts 및(필요 시) 네이버 쇼핑 API로 전달됩니다. 바코드·QR 만들기(생성)와 사인·도장(이름 입력·그리기·흰배경 제거·타원/원/사각 도장) 내용은 브라우저에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 원본·결과 파일은 본 사이트 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. PDF mask & page extract, image mask, wallpaper sticky notes, barcode lookup & make, signature & stamp maker, random picker (ladder, spin wheel, dice), character count, units, symbols, timer, and similar tools do not upload your files to our servers. PDFs and images are opened and processed only in browser memory. Masking is pixel burn-in — not a translucent overlay or removable layer — so redacted content cannot be recovered from the exported file. (Translucent “blackouts” in notes/preview apps can leave data underneath; gift-card barcode “restore” scams have exploited that.) Wallpaper notes, picker lists, timer preferences, and language choice are stored only in this browser’s localStorage and are never sent to our servers. For barcode lookup, camera frames are decoded on-device only; only barcode digits are sent to Open Food Facts and, when needed, the Naver Shopping API. Barcode/QR generation, signature making (type, draw, or remove white background from an uploaded image), and stamp making (on the same page) stay in the browser and are not uploaded. Original and result files are not stored on this site.
